AHMED DREAM CORPORATION built the ADC Expense Manager app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by AHMED DREAM CORPORATION at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We respect your privacy. The core functionality of the “ADC Expense Manager” is designed to be 100% Offline.

Local Storage: All data you enter (Income, Expenses, Categories, Notes, and Dates) is stored locally on your device using an internal database (Room Database). This data never leaves your device unless you manually choose to export it.

2. App Permissions
To provide specific features, the app requires the following permissions:

Storage Access (Read/Write):

The app uses the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF) to allow you to Backup (Export) your data to a CSV/Excel file and Restore (Import) data from a previously saved file.

The app only accesses the specific files you select for import or the specific folder you select for export. We do not scan or access other files on your device.

No Internet Access:

This app does not request the INTERNET permission. This ensures that your financial data cannot be sent to any third-party server, ad network, or tracking system.

3. Third-Party Services
Since the app operates entirely offline, we do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) or advertising networks (like AdMob) that collect user data.

We use the following open-source library for UI rendering only:

MPAndroidChart: Used solely to display the visual Pie Chart of your monthly expenses. This library does not collect or transmit user data.

4. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information (locally). Since no data is transmitted over the internet, your data is secure within your device’s internal storage environment. However, please note that the security of the data also depends on the security of your device (e.g., device lock, password protection).

5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since our app does not collect data remotely, there is no risk of us storing children’s data on our servers.
