Welcome to ADC Expense Manager, a product of AHMED DREAM CORPORATION. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

ADC Expense Manager is provided as a free application for personal and small business financial management.

You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access any unauthorized services, data, or systems.

2. Offline Operation and Data Storage

The app operates entirely offline. All financial data, including income, expenses, categories, notes, and dates, is stored locally on your device.

Users are responsible for securing their own devices (e.g., device lock, password, or biometric authentication).

ADC Expense Manager does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers unless explicitly exported by the user.

3. CSV Export and Import

You may export or import your financial data in CSV format for backup or transfer purposes.

The app only accesses the files or folders explicitly selected by you. No other files on your device are accessed or scanned.

4. Permissions

The app requires storage access permissions solely to enable CSV export and import operations.

The app does not request internet access or any other sensitive permissions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with ADC Expense Manager are owned by AHMED DREAM CORPORATION.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without explicit written permission from AHMED DREAM CORPORATION.

6. Children’s Use

ADC Expense Manager is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

AHMED DREAM CORPORATION is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to financial data inaccuracies or device security breaches.
